Night Driver's Viewers for ARV Leo 2HEL (04/12/2004)
On 4 December 2004 the German firm Rheinmetall
Landsysteme GmbH placed an order to Theon
Sensors for the supply of 12 night
driver’s viewers for the Armoured Recovery
Vehicle (ARV) Leopard 2HEL. The ARv vehicles
are part of the Leopard 2HEL procurement of
the Hellenic Army which awarded to Krauss-Maffei
Wegmann on 1 march 2002. Theon
Sensors has already signed contracts
for the supply of the night driver’s
viewers for the Leopard 2HEL Main Battle Tanks
as well the Armoured Bridgelayer AVLB Leguan
which form part of the procurement.
