The THEON Sensors' MEMS Business Unit was founded in early 2005; it is the first privately owned Hellenic fabless design house focused on the development of silicon based Micro - Systems (MEMS) utilizing micro - electronic technologies.
This new Business Unit's prime scope of work is the design, the development and production of flexible and customer-specific MEMS via standard industrial processes employed for sophisticated monitoring and control applications.
